Re: It is on the players now. Jerry delivered.

The Brewers dropped a righty named Edgar Peguero who has very similar stuff to Santos. Sub-3 ERA last year. Walks folks but has 97-99 with a 90-92 mph slider. Be interesting to see if he’s a look. Re: It is on the players now. Jerry delivered.

Unwanted memories surfaced from this trade deadline assessment at The Athletic : Seattle Mariners Do you remember the last time the Mariners traded for a corner infielder, then went back and immediately traded with the same team for another one? It was 2006, when they acquired Eduardo Pérez and Ben ...

So disappointed in Jerry.
He did great before the deadline.
Horrible today.
I guess he went fishing.
It’s a matter of timing.

If the Josh Naylor trade came in at noon today and the Eugenio Suarez trade at 2:45 pm, Seattle fans would be celebrating.

Re: We're all counting on Woo, Bryan. 7/30 GT #109

Hunter Cranton and Juan Burgos are the pitchers in the deal. The deal is a fleece by the M's of epic proportions compared to what Arizona was reportedly after. Great trade for the M's. It's close to what I predicted last week. I said a fringe top-10 prospect and a couple guys 15-30. Was pretty much...

Is Ben Williamson, who was just pinch-hit for, gone? Reportedly it's Tyler Locklear and two pitching prospects: https://x.com/DKramer_/status/1950769191423983963?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1950769191423983963%7Ctwgr%5Ee573a7ea68d7f4b1bd1fe707e3d8a3ec00e24a28%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&r...

Re: New Reliever Caleb Ferguson 7-30-25

Seriously 2 prospects is all they got. Ford, Emerson, Peete would have been plenty. Throw in Hancock too. That's ridiculous. Can't get an elite bat, can't get a flame thrower. for who? https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/45863304/sources-phillies-twins-agree-trade-jhoan-duran According to sources, ...

All in. Very Aggressive. Becomes the prices were too high. We were very close. We like our team. Locklear is a big addition for us.

Re: 7/28 GT: Millikin @ Sacramento

I cant remember the last time I saw Munoz get a K w. his fastball. Has that ever happened lol? On Saturday Andres Munoz struck out Taylor Ward on a four-seam fastball in the bottom of the ninth inning against the Los Angeles Angels: https://www.mlb.com/gameday/mariners-vs-angels/2025/07/25/777006/f...
