Root Sports App

Post by Walla Walla Dawg II » Fri Mar 21, 2025 4:56 pm

The Mariners are introducing a Root Sports App.

https://www.seattletimes.com/sports/mar ... ing-games/

Funny, it's 4 years late....

And it's to watch a [at best] mediocre to shitty team.

At $19.00 a month, we'll see how many months we keep it.

Its about freakin time!
Now we just need to get it added as a T-mobile Tuesday perk. :D

Price seems a bit steep considering you can get Netflix for $8 a month. Its basically the same price as getting a full MLB package.

Do you get in-market games with this?

No but you get all the other teams so its 29 times more content for the same price.

Glad they figured it out. I was planning to start the season without a streaming solution but this is something I can justify paying for.

Since we are highly unlikely to be in contention on October 1…. We get a $20 discount and only pay $120
