2/5* Game Thread Woo v Leiter

* obviously its not 5th February, just play along - we've got 4 consecutive wins using our date method

Leiter has a decent start in his first three games, this could be a very tough and tight game.

Mariners now 15-5 in last 20 games, we haven't reached a 5-game winning streak this season so get ready Dave you will be up tomorrow.

The usually accurate RotoWire is thinking this will be the line-up.
CF Rodriguez R
DH Polanco S
C Raleigh S
LF Arozarena R
1B Tellez L
SS Crawford L
3B Williamson R
RF Thomas L
2B Rivas S

Been enjoyable stuff recently and yet I am sure we are all sat here thinking, "this won't last". As Seth would say, "Prove us wrong"

Lieter just came back from injury and only pitched 3 innings last outing due to pitch count

After the 10 game lead last year, I dont think M's fan will ever think any lead will be large enough.

Even during this hot streak the first game of the series has been the toughest one. Until sweeping the Angels we'd lost four first games in a row.

Surprised at how badly the Rangers have been playing, especially hitting-wise. Their last 13 games they've scored 0, 4, 0, 8, 2, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 15, 1 and 0 runs.

Intersting. I think it also means that haven't lost a game 2 or 3 since the Giants series.

Rangers offense without Seager has been bad but thier pitching is better then ours. Gotta hope our offense continues to hit good pitching.

I thought he would be thrown out and he beat it easily.
