Bluejays finally find an opponent they can pound
Tyson Shushkewich
@Tyson_MLB
The #BlueJays needed a game where they just pounded an opponent into the ground. So many close contests this year.
A 9-1 drubbing so far is well on its way to being that game.

Yea absolutely saw it coming a mile away. Was hoping we might have gotten 1 win this series but team just can't get anything going!!!acctingman wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 10:37 pmThis team is back doing what they do best....sucking ass.

Classic absolute shit show of a series at home. Not gonna get any easier. Need a close door meeting and just get back to what made them win. Forget this series and get back on track!!!!

A good team recovers from a disappointing series like this one.
We'll see if the Mariners are a good team.

Offense went back to 2024. Unfortunately it's paired with 2025 pitching: New but not improved.
If we're going to be mediocre forever, I'd prefer a team with good offense and shaky pitching. At least then I've got some fun offensive stats to follow. No matter how low a pitcher's WHIP gets, it's still boring.

I thought today was the only day the Mariners deserved to lose in this series.
Had a ton of hard hit balls last night and Friday night, but couldn’t get the big out on D or the big hit at bat. Friday night it was Mastrobuoni’s bullet with the bases loaded that VG snagged and last night it was Randy’s shot off the wall that should have been a HR.
Over the course of a season there is a ton of could have, would have, and should haves. Hopefully next time it goes our way.
Tellez and Solano should both be DFA’d and perhaps Bryce needs a trip to Tacoma to get his “stuff” back.

Oh boy, here we go again...Tellez has been hitting pretty good lately hasn't he? Last 30 days .254/ .299/ .587/ .886, with 6 home runs.

Yas Miller is bad lately plain and simple and needs a reset. Offense need Les to hit and they need to go nuclear and clean out dead weight or this will be the new normal.AlvinDavisFan21 wrote: ↑Mon May 12, 2025 3:47 amI thought today was the only day the Mariners deserved to lose in this series.
