God forbid any of our faithful media is critical of this team. Bunch of 1st rate pussy's if you ask me. Makes me wonder why people continue to watch anyway. Seriously. Yeah your not gonna win every game. Act like you've been there. Get pissed once in a while. Do something. You just got your butts handed to you by one of the worst teams in the league. 1 run really, 1 measly run. This is why you haven't been to the world series & probably never will.

Very disappointed in the effort last night. You'd think the A's were the ones in the pennant race and Seattle was in last place. As someone else mentioned, I am all for moving on from JP. His defense this season has been abysmal. I don't have a problem with moving Young over there or even Emerson up. Would be interesting if they get Geno if they don't experiment with Ben at SS.

Strange this team can't string together 2 wins in a row.

This team, almost regardless of managers, has always focused on winning the series, and not winning a lot of games in a row. I told my son the other day, this is the problem with having a roster that is never built to go on a long run. You can be playing real well, win three series in a row. That's 6 and 3. You run into a buzz saw and lose three straight? You are right back to .500 at 6 and 6. The grossly limited roster means they are perfectly capable of going on long dry spells were they lose a ton of games...but never on a big win streak that digs them out of the hole they created.

3 runs in two games against the A's to start this series. Horrible.

They won five straight games not that long ago, and were in a position to win a sixth up 3 to 0 at home against a banged up Astros team. They blew that one and lost 11 to 3. That started a string that has seen them lose 6 out of 10 games, score more than three runs only only twice in that ten game span with losses of -

3 to 11
0 to 6
2 to 10
2 to 3
1 to 4
1 to 6

And a win that was 1 to 0. Over the ten games following their five game win streak, which I assume is their longest of the season? Outscored 24 to 45. 2.4 to 4.5. Pathetic. Yet people actually think this team will be fine if they add pitching? I admit I don't watch, because it flat out pisses me off. The number of incredibly stupid at bats is mind-numbing so I simply can't put myself through it. But come on, when you watch this team, who sees an offense capable of winning playoff games?
