Interesting seeing Miller moved. I wonder if Rooker is back on the table.

Your still short.HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 6:38 amOK throw Laz in there too along with Cijntje I don't care. Then flip Castillo in the offseason. Skenes/Kirby/Gilbert/Woo.Pharmabro wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 6:33 amNot even remotely close. Skenes would take a Soto+ package 3-4-5-6 top 100's depending on if it was a top 10 prospect headline or,HawkandMariner88 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 6:30 amScrew it why not. Emerson Ford & Sloan & Peete for Skenes. Maybe throw in McGraw too. Why not. Not like he's re-signing with them anyways.

BTV has Skenes valued at 135.
Emerson 46.5
Montes 24
Ford 19.4
Cijintje 16
Sloan 14.2
Pete 6.5
McGraw 2.3
Total 128.9
Re: Final Trade Deadline Plan
So, we got two big impact bats and a left-handed reliever. Does anybody think that we’re done? Or will there still be action in the next eight hours?
Meet Jerry at one more reliever? Will they make an unexpected move for another outfielder or a starting pitcher?
Who thinks we’re done?
BTW - the Skenes talk is a total pipe dream, but if we’re talking about a package that would make it work, I’d add Bryce Miller. He’s been on the IL a couple of times for elbow inflammation, and he’s got a bone spur. This may not affect him in the short term, but it’s disconcerting enough that I would add him, together with some prospects in an offer for Skenes (assuming that they would not be deterred by the elbow issues!)

I would be shocked if they don't add another reliever. It may not be an elite back end guy but they will do something to deepen it.

Fairbanks, Jax, I guess Miller is possible as well. If we could somehow work a deal for Minny for Jax & Castro I guess I'd be ok with that. Really hoping for Kwan.

Correa heading back to Houston. Looks like Minnesota is tearing the whole thing down. I wonder if they're trying to sell the team.
