I mean, I think with Colt being a consensus Top 10 prospect in the nation, and as much as they rave about him, let's at least look and find out. Thats what Donovan is here for am I right? To give them runway in case things go south. No prospect is a sure thing, none. Julio and Cal were great! Kelenic was not. If Emerson goes out this Spring and puts on a clinic like say a Bobby Witt Jr. would, then heck yeah, put him in the Opening Day lineup!

At this point I'd be surprised if Emerson isn't the opening day 3rd baseman. That is exactly what Jerry said he is going to do so why are people thinking he will start in AAA.
