Mariners way too cheap. No way take in salary.

Munoz we are stuck with as closer. No way they change.
Exactly. They are still PHing fucking Refsnyder and they are suddenly going to dump Munoz???

I think Chapman in on a yearly contract. We could eat it for one year. I know: “The check’s in the mail “

Man... how can Wisdom terrorize AAA but miss 94 middle middle?

It's just pure headcasing.
Probably thought it was going to be another knucklecurve or slider. He was fooled. Reaction was low level professional, not high level pro.
Why did hitters miss Jamie Moyer's 78 mph fastball?

Luis reaches the century mark! The Great Piggyback Experiment is over.
Ferrer in. Castillo should feel real good about his performance.
Seems he needed a wake up call. He has been great since it happened...
Dan Wilson is Einstein and Dr. Phil all rolled up into one!
Everyone wants Wilson to rattle their cages but gets upset when he does

That wasn't Dan's call and who's upset about it?

What you mean not Dan's call. I'm talking about when Castillo was throwing his glove after getting pulled

He's on a 1 year/13.3 milllion salary & beling that were already almost half way through I fail to see why that wouldn't be a bargain. Not like were giving up premium talent to get him. If Jerry wanted to deal for Duran last year who's to say he doesn't wanna do the same thing this year. As long as his option doesn't vest for next year were fine. You can always flip Munoz for somebody else.

His option vests at 40 IPs and he has already thrown 20 and its only June 8th. It will obviously vest within a couple months or so....So that is about $5-6M this season and $13M next season.

. Castillo will get at least one more start in normal fashion with the M’s planning another cycle through the rotation using all six starters. After that is still to be decided

The boys have given away too many winnable games this season. They would be 8-9 games over .500 if they had put this one away like good teams do. Ferrer or Brash should be the closer going forward. Heck, you could even argue Speier.
