27 straight scoreless first innings, only four shy of the MLB record! If we can't snap it against Estee Lauder, that record is ours.

Would give anything to see this team score in the 1st. Cant believe how bad it has gotten. Must win today with Bryan cant pitch on the road Woo going tomorrow. Dodgers are gonna eat him so fast.

I wonder if we'll see Edwin Diaz tonight. He was just activated from the 60-day injured list this afternoon.
Diaz is 32 now. He last donned a Mariner uniform when he was 24, in 2018, when he led the league with 57 saves.
Damn, Mike Zunino was our catcher!

Remember this trade?

December 3, 2018: Edwin Diaz traded by the Seattle Mariners with Robinson Canó and cash to the New York Mets for Gerson Bautista, Jay Bruce, Justin Dunn, Jarred Kelenic and Anthony Swarzak.

Can Cal finally get us runs in the 1st. Lauer is struggling early on gotta capitalize. My god if he can get into one would be massive.

Fkkkkk u Cal. We Will never score in the 1st. Striking out against a guy Who doesent strikeout hitters. Garbage.

Cal is deathly allergic to take a walk. Swings at shit. God he is bad

No. Failure. K'd. Another 1st inning with zero to show for it. There was an opportunity.

Lauer hasn't struck out more than 5 hitters in a game since March.

He's on pace for many more.

Fkn M's.
