Elly's value jumped 30 points in one day on the website.

Is he a good player? You bet.

Its tough giving up young pitching but for a guy like Elly IDK. Whatever gets the conversation going. Again I think at this point both Elly & Otto have to be on the board.

$30M isn't a lot for 3 seasons of control. Only a little over a 1 WAR increase per season in his projection....they probably just incorporated his 2026 season into the algorithm...

I think at this point you have to put 3 names on the board when it comes to trade acquisition.

1. Elly

2. Otto

3. Neto

Obviously the biggest catch is Elly but it's not like the other 2 are worse by any stretch. Anything is an upgrade over what we currently have. My question would be who would cost the least in terms of trade capital.

1. Elly is represented by Boras. Odds of an extension not great

2. Neto is in the division but is controlled for 3 more years

If these guys aren't on the top of Jerry's radar I don't know what else to tell you. Swing big or go home. Shit you could send Kirby to any one of these places & I'd be happy.
