“It’s Not About the Money” - Stanton Pt II

More fluff.

I will take issue with his statement that “It’s easier to focus on 2021 and 2022 when you’re 63 years old or younger.”

They shouldn't have even given a timeline. Always trying to spin things. Should have just said ASAP. What happened to under promise and over deliver? Reminds me of Oak View saying the NHL would start playing at the Key in 16 months. What a joke.

I have mixed feelings about a conversation from Ownership like this. It sounds disingenuous to say it’s not about the money when my dog Jocie knows it probably is. Maybe to him it’s not, but it’s clear as mud. He knows the 2 yr step back isn’t realistic and the only being fooled is Jerry.

I have spoken to Jocie about this and can confirm that she knows its about money.

Fireworks remind her of stupid Mariner promotions, thunderstorms remind here of the sound of baseballs hitting bats after the M's bring in the relievers and field mice remind her of Mallex Smith.
