The only team that has a legit beef on the money disparity issue are the US women. None of the the other teams earn close to what the men's teams do. If we are going for parity here perhaps the women should pay half of half to the boys Under 14 team that beat the Australia Women's team 7-0. It gets worse when you hear that FIFA lied about viewing figures. A big grudge match between Scotland and England was billed as a sellout till the real figures came out and it turned out it was only a third of the stadium sold out.

The standard of women's football is literally worse than some men's semi pro teams.
Interesting perspective. Thanks.

Sports should remain market force driven and not some feminist battleground.

You are preaching to the choir my friend. In general I find the supposed gender salary gap mind boggling. Are you telling me that a business owner would rather pay a man more to do the same work just because they like to work with dudes more? Logic would tell you that businesses striving to improve their profit margins would just him women, increasing the demand for women and driving up their salaries until the gap disappears.
