He is just missing a role model. I guess they need to bring Santana or Suarez back. Sounds like this team needs to just burn a roster spot every year on a guy like that so he can get the most out of Julio since Julio isn't mature enough to do it on his own. Disgusting.

I would consider offering Santana the Manager's job even though he has no experience. If he could get Julio and Cal turned around a bunch of things might fall in place.
