We didn't care about it anyway is what losers say. That was a pathetic couple of games by the offense. It was kind of like watching the 2024 Mariners. Or the early Spring of 2025 Mariners. Swing as hard as you can with your eyes closed and hope you make contact. Hell, I guess that is actually like every Mariner team than isn't it?mostonmike wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2026 12:57 pmFrom the other thread …..
Maybe this tournament might start to change the perception of the WBC in the US? There is something unique about these kinds of competition that capture the imagination of the teams.mostonmike wrote: ↑Sun Mar 15, 2026 8:49 pm
Problem here is the USA don’t give a shit about the WBC so neither do the fans and don’t appreciate what it means to a “small country” ( or a country that is not called America) to aim for a major title.
But I bet 1 Bolivar that your countrymen will dismiss it as a meaningless “Mickey Mouse” Cup because you haven’t won it.

So much for that. Again i ask, is Cal injured? How does the runner-up MVP not even get one AB in the final?Donn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2026 2:55 amIt was MilikinD-train wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2026 2:37 amDonn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2026 2:22 am
Bil said they were alternating starts, thought he predicted this world be a Cal startSo it is little league where each young boy get to play every other day?
They've been splitting catcher 50/50 the whole way. Cal, then Will Smith, then Cal again. .
Cal is 0-9, but has had a few walks and scored a run in the win against Canada.
He'll start in the championship
