Maybe we can replace him with a Fairbanks or Duran soon. It wouldn't bother me if he left honestly. Why is it you can't trust lefty relievers?

It was a called third strike.
Here, maybe if I speak in your language:

FWIW the last swinging third strike on an Andres Munoz fastball came on May 5 against the Athletics' Brent Rooker:

BTW don't ask the question if you can't handle the answer

Mariners win! We're HEROES!!!
Okay, WTF green-lighting Arozarena 3-0 with nobody out and a runner on first? Stupid decision by Wilson in concept and in hindsight. Could have cost us the game.

Arozarena has been one of the hottest hitters in baseball this month, tied Arod's record for homeruns in July, he's been hitting the ball hard and out. The 3-0 pitch could have been the fattest of the at bat. If I'm managing Im letting him take a hack at it if he wants. For me those are the types of situations you want to take try to take advantage of. The chance to have your hottest hitter break the game open with a quick two runs.

Scott Hunter on how they graded Williamson. How they feel his tools are balanced, the one weakness being power that they are hoping to get ticked up

So what if he's been hot, that's bad situational baseball with nobody out and a chance to have two on for Naylor who was having a good game, and you saw how it turned out.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Jul 29, 2025 1:02 pmArozarena has been one of the hottest hitters in baseball this month, tied Arod's record for homeruns in July, he's been hitting the ball hard and out. With two outs it's a good idea. With one, maybe. With nobody out, no.

Yes, I'm well aware of what he did last season. What exactly does that have to do with last night? Are you seriously operating under the assumption that because you did it once, it's a good bet that the next time you'll do it again? You know that's not how baseball works, don't you?
You really can't stop yourself, can you?
