Thinking about the O'Reilly deal. It be interesting to see how he does in saint Louis, the cardinals will give him a shot at the majors. The question would be should the mariners have added him to the 40. Hunt gets added to the 40

He's has Seattle ties. Grandson of one of the famous O Brien brothers. Eddie Sr. son Eddie was an acquaintance of mine. Played hoops in Europe in the 80s. Worked at Safeco as a vender 20 years ago. Drug addict. Worked in my back yard for a few hours once for $100.

Makes sense, I mean in terms of how they think. Funny how nobody talks about re-signing Murphy. It's always the mariners will need a catcher to replace him
