Starting to think it is the guys with FEWER wins predicted than me that have a shot. We got fat for awhile on some real bad teams.

It looks like the winner is someone from CDA J to David Gee...For me the season has been like one every three or four years.... mostly futility with a short run that begins to present the fans with hope.... followed by brutal hapless losses that roll us out of any contention but not bad enough to garner a huge draft haul... That's a disappointment.... and unless Kyle Lewis gets hot for a week or two, it looks like his ROY is slipping away... He's been in a slump for two weeks with his BA dropping sixty points... The mid-season trade haul was good news... we got decent bat in France... infield or DH, we got a decent outfielder in Trammellv, we got a potential bullpen ace with a 104 mph fast ball to unwrap next spring, and we added a decent catcher with long term potential.... four guys all potentially a tick above average that fills out our roster in good ways...Gonzales looks like he's lifted his game, Sheffield and Dunn are looking to gain confidence and show they belong. The same goes for White and Crawford... so those are the plus things... there's still plenty of room for a star to take over this team... Hancock and Kelenic? Gilbert and Rodriguez?Kirby... Marte? We need a couple of those guys to be franchise all time stars...

So this year... it'll be twenty three to twenty six wins I suppose... We traded off a couple of our most valuable assets at the trade deadline in TaiJuan Walker and Austin Nola... and proceeded to win 12 out of 16? Total bullshit, we came out stronger...how can that happen? only with the Mariners...

We have three against the 15 and 29 Diamondbacks this weekend. So don't get too excited you could almost be eliminated by Monday.

The Dbacks will have have played 12games against the Dodgers and have won exactly one game....the Giants also own them...let’s see how we do against the horrible team

Interestingly the D backs won 6 in a row against the very solid Padres and A's to go to 13-11 but since have gone 2-18.
