The only conclusion it seems like we can come to is they're terrified that they (Mitch and Teo) would have accepted.

They could have traded those two prospects we would have gotten for the QO's for a bat that we need.

I'm not sad Teo's gone, but sure seems like they're missing opportunities to improve the core by not giving QO's to these guys.
