Decent chance of rain-out tomorrow, so maybe a day off will let them shake off today's suckiness.

Otherwise they don't have a day off until Monday 7/7.

Sometimes all good things come to an end, where are those runs?
You cursed the Mariners by not posting the lineups. It shall go down as "Curse of the Disby coach".

We've won 52 percent of our games to date.

Don't look now... the Astros blanked the Phillies 2 games in a row and are now 14 games over .500.

They are running away with this division again.

That 8-13 stretch against sub .500 teams could be the defining part of their season. That road trip earlier in the year where they started 4-1 (like this one) and ended up 6-4 will hopefully not be duplicated. Have to find a way to grind out some wins to close out this trip.

So almost a quarter century without a division title. So ridiculous

Beyond ridiculous. Especially considering some of those years our division only had 4 teams.

Sadly, i think the AL West isn't that much different than the East. You have the big market/revenue Astros and Rangers in the roles of the Yankees and Redsox, the Angels with high payroll but underachieving on the field like the Bluejays, the low-budget and generally competitive Athletics as the Rays, and then of course the Mariners are the Orioles.

It's kind of a ritual right? They heat up with the weather and run away with the Division? Sucks, but the other trend seems to be that we do the opposite. How many times have we had a great run, like the year DT guaranteed a playoff appearance and it immediately resulted in Robbie Cano getting drilled and missing most of the rest of the season?
