Horrible approach to these Phillies hitters. Woo will be over 50 pitches in 2 innings. You cannot use 7 pitches trying to strike out each batter. Got to have some off speed stuff in there and allow contact.
Better approach obviously. Woo needs to mix in his secondary pitches early in the game I think
Does he have any decent off-speed pitches in his "arsenal"? You would think he would've developed some by now.

M's hitters are being very, very smart today.....taken two walks.
We'll be no-hit but at least there won't be a perfecto hurled against us. So we won't be the 25th in history!!!
Great job, silly doo doo Mariner batters.

Btw to make matters worse next 3 pitchers we face are Cease Soriano and Yesavage. Let that sink in.

Just gotta have that Punt Game every series. Think we'll keep it under 15 today? I say we just start dropping their hitters into the dirt. Why not?

This is the most right hitters thrown at a left hander the Mariners have tried all season [8]. Problem is our best hitters from the right side do not do well against left handers themselves.

I'd like to see the official scorer change Harper's HR to an E-8 as that was actually an easy play for Julio. The ball went UNDER his glove. That's an error.

Bottom of the sixth inning.....time for the M's to start scoring runs and start running this lefty from the game.

This is why there is zero pressure on Stanton and Jerry to win. These goofy fans actually believe this....

About Schwarber, why do you bat a slow slugger who strikes out a lot, Leadoff?
