He didn't get any help to get out of it. Should be a much closer game if Ben makes a routine play!!! I think he has looked fine soft contact keeping the ball in the yard!! Just one of those games!!! Gotta start another winning streak. As have a great team not gonna be an easy series next!!

If I was Evans, I would locate the official scorer and then fire a fastball up at him.

This game will help Evans get better. Sure, he's given up 11 hits but there are no extrabase hits. It's all singles and if a playable play had been made the score could be much closer. He's not a bad pitcher.

Exactly that play hopefully changed to an error. That was an easy play that could have helped Evans out a lot. Great defenders don't make mistakes when thier pitcher is in trouble!!
