We should have cashed in on Woo and Miller and Castillo while they had ceiling high values and collected a metric shit ton of big bats.

At least if we are going to lose or give up 10 runs we’ll keep it interesting. I could handle losing 10-9 more than 10-2. I’d rather watch dingers than strikeouts.

Woo is fine. He needs to cut down on giving up HR. Gilbert has the same problem a few years ago iirc

Management had the opportunity this past offseason to make the team the favorite to win the AL pennant, and instead they said poor us, we only have 15 million dollars to spend, and then they blew it on Solano. Who the hell DOES that.

And big HRs at that, like Gilbert last year who had a 0.89 WHIP but a 3.23 ERA. If you have a WHIP like that you should have more like a 2.23 ERA, but he had the tendency to give up big hits.
