Those that watch this fucking team for any stretch and worry about anything more than the offense confuse the shit out of me.

I worry about more than the offense. The offense in most years isn't good and that probably won't change so long as they are playing in this ballpark, which means it won't change. So I think a lot about other aspects of the game.

Last season they were 10th in ops, and ninth in scoring. So what happened? I contend its three players, Naylor, Julio and Cal. Everyone is like, fire everybody, trade everybody when in my mind that's it, those three. I don't think any of them are getting traded. I think we are stuck with hoping they don't suck next season. They can add something to the lineup but it's really going to come down to those three not sucking again isn't it?

It is if the players they add to the roster aren't better than those guys.

That's the problem. Other contending teams add stars to their current roster and actually try and improve. Dipoto adds has-been bums and never-was's and hopes his birds in hand are good enough.

Yeah, I don't expect them to add another set of star players next season to try and compensate for the stars they have sucking.
