With Nola here, EE gone or?
Nola can play some utility, so he may be the best of them at 1B (including VB), except for Healy.

Nola can play catcher too. We'll see how well he hits but I get the feeling that Narvaez can hit better and Narvaez should get some reps at DH, imo. Murphy seems better at catcher than Narvaez. I can see all 3 splitting time at catcher.

I’m surprised with Murphy, He is solid behind the dish. It will be interesting to watch Nola to see if he has game.

I am hoping for the best for Nola as I love the stories about guys making their mlb debut at age 29.5 but the odds are stacked against him. Hopefully he can at least hold down the 1B fort until White arrives.

The coolest thing about Nola is that he played for my LSU Tigers.

Yes, like they did today. LHP on the mound, they went for Murphy at C. Narvaez at DH and VB at 1B. I can see Beckham at 1B with VB at DH.
