Unbelievable! Kirby goes 8 innings with 100 pitches and finishes off a lefthand hitter with secondary pitches....

Taylor Ward gotta be a case study for one of the weirdest profile flips in MLB history.
Last year he hits 36 bombs and walks 77 times in 663 plate appearances.
This year he has 5 homers and has walked 66 times in 387 plate appearances. On pace for 130 walks and 10 homers.

He must have attended the Cal Raleigh hitting clinic (besides the unexplained walks)Seattle or Bust wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2026 3:44 amTaylor Ward gotta be a case study for one of the weirdest profile flips in MLB history.

Kids up the middle with some big dps tonight. Only using 1 leverage arm which is huge. Woo who is lethal at home tomorrow. Gotta get some wins beating teams u can beat.

Ferrer comes through in the ninth. Got a little dicey but the double play seals the deal. M's score 6 runs! Kirby goes 8 strong innings. Young goes deep twice and Canzone destroys one from a lefty.

Actually, his batting average is up 30 points and his on base is up 70 points. He's just had a weird transformation as a hitter despite playing in a home park that's better for him power-wise.bpj wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2026 3:50 amHe must have attended the Cal Raleigh hitting clinic (besides the unexplained walks)Seattle or Bust wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2026 3:44 amTaylor Ward gotta be a case study for one of the weirdest profile flips in MLB history.

The weirdest power outage I can think of for a guy who actually still hit for somewhat of an average was Mike Schmidt in 1978 who in his age-28 season hit 21 home runs whereas several years before and after he always hit more than 35.

Mariners win! We're HEROES!!!
Put Refsnyder on the Fake Injury List and look at what happens. The only sad thing is that six runs for us is like 12 runs for other teams.

It was off the vines and the outfielder couldn’t keep a glove on it and the ball dropped for a walk off. The air like died at wrigley I saw nothing was moving and it was in the 80s. It was like some kind of Marine layer haha

When is Jomboy going to report about his guy Aaron Judge’s HGH/steroids usage?
