Had Seattle Sports Radio on for about two minutes on my way home from work last night. Turned it when I heard Wyman and Bob exclaim to Ryan Rowland-Smith that the Mariners are a better team than the Rangers. And RRS agree. Fucking Homers, get the fuck out of here with that bullshit. The better team doesn't go 9 and 12 in the month of July to blow a division lead. They better team doesn't lose three out of four to the team they are supposedly better than.

It is hard hitting journalism like this, and fans that continue to pay ridiculous prices to attend games, that lead us to this. Another rebuild. This team is a fucking disaster. I didn't like it going into the season, I said this was a mistake to lean on cheap labor to start and hit a grand slam at the deadline, and now? I hope they sell everything at the deadline. At least admit that this bullshit experiment is over. You can't survive this, this team has no heart, no grit, and no give a shit. Oh, and they can't hit either.

I'm not kidding, sell everyone. Who the fuck cares? Of course, they won't, because the casual fan that hands them money hand over fist to watch their Heroes Cal, Josh and Julio swing and miss might stop coming.

And think back to that "sell". That team was hot and needed a spark, so they fucked it all up. This team needs blown up, so I'm sure they'll fuck that all up to. I have zero interest in seeing this group of fuckers back in a Mariner uniform again. Keep the young guys of course, but I couldn't care less about probably 65% to 75% of this roster. I mean, why should I care, they don't?
