Good start to the off season. Graveman back in the fold. High leverage reliever for peanuts.
Graveman is a great name for a closer...

Between Graveman and the new fireballer I hope they go with cheap options in the bullpen and spend at positions that will make a difference and not middle releiver.

They have two closer option now, they can let guys like Art Warren and Taylor Guillbeau get their shot next... oh yeah..

High 90s relievers are like guys that stole 20-30 bases in the 80s. Dime a dozen. There is a reason the Red Sox dumped him.

True, I'm assuming his walk rate is about double normal if he has the same problem as most guys who throw that hard

Look at his AAA stats last season. Brutal.

I'm still in the wait and see plan. Resign Walker, get a few cheap Bullpen arms, and see what we need at midseason.

1B White/Marmelejos
2B Moore/Long
SS Crawford
3B Seager/France
LF Fraley/Moore/Marmelojos
CF Lewis
RF Haniger
DH France

Utility Lopes Haggerty.

Kelenic/Trammell come up about May/June and Dfa whoever isn't cutting it from Lopes/Haggerty/Long

SP
Marco
Sheff
Dunn
Kikuchi
Marge
Walker

Gilbert comes up in June, Kirby July/August.

Make a trade when it's obvious where the weaknesses are.

Thanks. This is the first time I have realized how little you value catchers. Shouldn't we at least have a back up catcher if we aren't going to have a starter.

Our bullpen might look something like,

Kendall Graveman
Andrés Munoz
Joey Gerber
Brandon Brennan
Yohan Ramirez
Anthony Misiewicz
Domingo Tapia
Erik Swanson

I can see the last three being subbed out for better relief arms. Newsome, Delaplane, and Dunn could be better served in the bullpen as long relief. Delaplane is a reliever, however I heard he had a sharp velocity dropoff. Thats concerning. Wyatt Mills could get called up as well and needs to be protected on the 40-man.

Munoz might be ready to pitch late 2021 but he won't be dealin 100mph until 2022. JD said he will sign several BP arms so maybe 3-4 of the guys you listed will be in our pen on OD.
