OK, here's another one of my pet-peeve managing tactics we see...

so Vargas just retired the side on 7 pitches in his first inning of work. Now why yank him? Send him back out for another inning. Don't burn another arm just because, what, you want to limit guys to 1 inning? I don't get that approach. He's a good arm, talented arm, just cut thru 3 batters effortlessly, leave him out there

He has gotta bring in game killer Thornton. Gonna be a scary 8th here!!! Sux the offense couldent add on!

Btw Speier 22 batters he has gotten all but one out!!! 1-22 against him is so so good!!!
