He on iL with groin issue. Wow all the reliever names we were on are all on different teams. Skanks got 3 huge bullpen pieces. Welp Rangers gonna feast on our shit bullpen arms.

So disappointed in Jerry.
He did great before the deadline.
Horrible today.
I guess he went fishing.

It’s a matter of timing.seattlefan-daBronx wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 10:11 pmSo disappointed in Jerry.

If the Josh Naylor trade came in at noon today and the Eugenio Suarez trade at 2:45 pm, Seattle fans would be celebrating.

WTF. I mean what the actual fuck. We didn't get a leverage arm?
Fn
Rangers got Kelly, Coulombe, Maton
Stros got Carlos, Sanchez, Urias
We had the opportunity to add a dominator arm in Jhoan Duran and we kept our hands in our pockets

True, but he still had a lot of time to get something done to help the bullpen and he missed out. I haven't looked at what other teams gave up for relief pitchers, but if wasn't their top prospects then Dipoto failed on that end.harmony wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 10:14 pmIt’s a matter of timing.seattlefan-daBronx wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 10:11 pmSo disappointed in Jerry.

Normally yes I'd agree with you harmony. This year he got a few bats without having to touch his prized prospects.harmony wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 10:14 pmIt’s a matter of timing.seattlefan-daBronx wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 10:11 pmSo disappointed in Jerry.

We were all hoping for that one more bullpen arm and it never materialized? He had all the chips.
Meanwhile the Yankees, Mets, Phillies and others stocked their shelves with relievers.
I don't get it.

So we're going forward with Legumina, Thornton and Vargas all on the roster still? Why bother getting Suarez if you're not going all the way to improve the roster. Fuck Jerry and Justin.
