So...did everyone abandon the Super Bowl in the 3rd Quarter ?
Didn't care much to watch...

Talk about 2 organizations nobody outside of their own cities gives a damn about.

Even though it's Brady, I suppose it's a win when a small-market org gets a title.

No, it's contrarian. Virtually everyone else here says it, so there you go.
Seriously, that's all you got?

Forget about a manager costing wins or leading to more wins, just the simple fact of having a guy that I like and respect would make being a fan and watching the games more enjoyable.
Sure, no problem with that, like the hydro races, entertaining. And he will manage the players he is given and be expected to keep his mouth shut about it

Pretty much, like needing a teaspoon of vinegar and having a teaspoon of vinegar. I'm not sure what you're bent about when you do it on purpose.

Do what on purpose? Question something that is posted here? Yeah, I do it on purpose, think of it as a Socratic method of finding the truth. The point of this place is to just sit around reaffirming each other's view of the world? Sorry, can't help you with that

No, I root for humans that I like and respect, not colored lights on a video screen.

Well, the NFL's BLM Super Bowl was a disaster for the racist woke generation and their pandering elitist white beauracracy...Patrick Mahomes, genetically perfect modern athlete was running like a "chicken with his head cut off" and the real stud out there wasn't flashy, couldn't run, duck, or gyrate.... he just handed the ball off to viscious Tampa backs who weren't looking for holes so much as looking to make holes in KC's line... or he, Brady, just gunned lasers immediately at fast slanting receivers, or screens, or, if allowed an extra second through play action, unleashed missiles downfield to straight line receivers. The two stars of the game weren't young, particulary fast, nor black. Brady and Groncowski are old, tall, cerebral, deliberate and decisive and they are studs, the two best performers on the field. This game was never close.

Poor Libtards had their day ruined when Brady won his 7th championship (eclipsing Michael Jordan's six) and he did it during Black History Month by beating a half-black man to death..haha.... Brady must be a racist!!
https://summit.news/2021/02/08/tom-brad ... ory-month/ and the Librards like Bounty were all dejected that the TV didn't show the streaking metro man with his pants at half mast, no shirt but wearing a bra... BTW.... when is White History Month? or Indian History Month? or Latino History Month?

The halftime "show was a clusterfuck of major propropotions.... an unknown singer who could not sing, could not dance, surrounded by a hundred or so black dancers wrapped in "whiteface" like zombies... it was an insult to the entertainment industry, a waste of time, a collective catastrophe, dismal, and wretched.. And the end of the game ceremonies were a disaster.... Brady and his children collected their hardware, acknowledged their teammates, and refused to wear masks... oh, and Bellicheck doesn't seem to be so cerebral himself without Brady, Groncowski, or Edelman... or is that just me?

Russell Wilson sat next to the Commissioner... Russell's days of "cooking" look to be in some jeopardy because it appears to me that Russell has been eating too much of his cooking.... he looks pudgy, he looks slower, maybe more like Kirby Puckett than DangerRuss... we'll see I guess, but at least we can put this NFL season to rest and maybe even see some baseball... while some guy in Miami is collecting over 2 million dollars today cause he bet on Brady.... Damn

Turning the page to baseball and the Mariners....

I don't have a problem with the hydro races.... it's got the local cultural connection, a token acknowlegement of our maritime heritage, the Seafair hydro races, it beats the Milwaukee weiner races, or the Presidential mascot races...

The Mariner Moose, on the other hand, is basically stupid, has no relation to the community, nor to the team.... a mariner is supposed to be someone who works on a boat or a ship, makes his or her life on the sea... the moose is not even remotely connected...it's kind of an embarrassment....

I do have a problem with the Mariner "manager".... He is more like the Mariner Moose...no previous connection to the community, nor to the team, not the brightest candle on the cake, no specific expertise, zero personality. Frankly, if we aren't looking for intelligence or expertise, I'd rather have Jay Buhner.... at least we'd have some copy from the press conferences...

Well I suppose that's one person's take on last night's events.

Funny, I watched a bit of it and race never crossed my mind once. Never even considered it. :?
