Talk about a guy that belongs in a beer league. I'm assuming he was basically that size the season before or did he show up at spring training with a hundred extra pounds.

This is the guy we kept in Tacoma so Luke Weaver and Dom Leone could pitch and we traded for cash. He had a 2.29 ERA and a 14 per 9 K rate. Idiots.

Yes, I can see that Colon was much slimmer and more athletic…Donn Beach wrote: ↑Thu Dec 21, 2023 7:17 pmTalk about a guy that belongs in a beer league. I'm assuming he was basically that size the season before or did he show up at spring training with a hundred extra pounds.

I would disregard the career numbers as he's been solid for the last two years and he's 26. He'd be awesome as a DH-1B. The question is, what's too much to give up for him? Woo? Miller?

Yes, that would be too much. Only have him for 2 seasons.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 21, 2023 10:31 pmI would disregard the career numbers as he's been solid for the last two years and he's 26. He'd be awesome as a DH-1B. The question is, what's too much to give up for him? Woo? Miller?
