Other than that laser foul ball, he looks like a bum off the street up there with absolutely no clue what he's doing. It's like he suddenly contracted the hitter's version of Steve Blass Disease. At least JP's still putting the ball in play, we should have played him last night but batted him down in the order.

The problem is, no one will take him. His trade value is negative infinity. He’s not in a tailspin at the plate, he’s in full-on crash and burn mode.

It’s naive to think any team would take him. He has to be DFAd at which point somebody will pick him up for car wash coupons and pocket change.

Maybe he and Mitch Haniger can hang out and drink beers together. Both guys should be paid NOT to take ABs.
