Biddle DFAed. Bradford moved for 10 day to 60 day IL.
Carasiti and Wright selected from Tacoma.

It kinda comes down to a guy simply having overwhelming stuff... like '18 Diaz. All this "pitching" and nibbling at corners is better left to the Jamie Moyers of the world.

Ah yes, another great pitching find by Dipoto.
They’re Everywhere.
That’s why he’s made a zillion moves.
Biddle was 6-1 last year in the bigs, with a 3.11 ERA.
Comes here, stinks.
Meanwhile, Swarzak, albeit in just 14 innings, has ERA less than one.

Buddle stunk before Dipoto got him this season also.
To be fair Swarzak was bad for us also before Dipoto dumped him. In the end it seems to be just another salary dump on a much smaller scale.
Except we also took on Vizcaino to even out the dollars..
I dont know, would be interesting if someone has time to plot exactly what tf Dipoto did with this trade.
Seems like another trade to make a trade he's famous for.
Which, with spare parts, at least we dont have boring seasons like with Z, hearing all kinds of fun rumors only to find out he pulled the rug out repeatedly and left us hanging. And bored.
Can't accuse Dipoto if lulling us to sleep at the very least. I prefer it this way.

Mariners saved about 2 million in that Swarzak deal I think.

Bautista can get some experience as an opener at Tacoma. They say as a reliever you don't get enough innings to work on your secondary pitches. As an opener he could get a couple innings, or even 5 batters to work on his offspeed stuff.
