Great news about Mitch. Told you guys he wasn't going to do anything major in FA. Just a few more relievers to throw on the pile:

The plan is to address bullpen needs through free agency and could be 3-5 new pitchers added in that area.

Julio Rodriguez will be part of the 40-player roster in the instructional league and then will play in the Dominican Winter League.

The Mariners plan on releasing the list of players headed for instructional league/high performance camp tomorrow.

Dipoto did say that they will be very careful with the innings output of George Kirby, Emerson Hancock, Brandon Williamson, Isaiah Campbell, Juan Then and other young pitching prospects next season. They will be limited, which does affect MLB ETA's

Personally, I’m glad for Haniger. If he’s back to anywhere near his pre-injury ability, we could have a very strong outfield.

They also said they were going to stick with the 6 man. Hard to argue. The only starter with an injury was Graveman and it was unrelated to pitching.

I don't see a problem with it. White is a young player, only improving in his areas of deficiency, meanwhile he has pretty elite tools elsewhere.
