Game going on. Mariners aren't losing right now so yay. Swanson is the "opener" but they are giving him an extended look. Already 2 ip, and looks to be headed out for the 3rd inning.
Just turned it on and already 2 Mariners check swings called strike that didn't look close to swings. Narvaez for strike 3 was especially bad.
Edit: apparently 2 innings was enough. Milone now in.

Remember yesterday when I asked why Gordon tries to bunt for a hit because it never works? Well, he just did it again.

It doesn't work very often when he tries to hit for a hit either

Maybe he should try to walk for a walk.

Gordon at 0.0 bWAR coming into today's game. He didn't quite Figg it, but man what a disappointment. The guy is still as fast as he ever was, he just doesn't hit for us like he did for the Marlins.

Meanwhile, Milone is sitting at 1.5 bWAR. You keep expecting the clock to strike midnight and it just doesn't. It's nice to have at least that one guy take the hill and feel like we're going to be heroes.

The Mariners were no threat, nor an afternoon delight.

Looks like that 1.5 just took a hit, and once again the Mariners are being routed off the field.

Oh hey another blow out.
Can't wait for Servais to reluctantly shake his fist in the post game.
