It was too easy for him, so he decided to load the bases with no outs on his own, and get out of it unscathed. Pop out, K, fly out and no harm done in the 5th.

Unreal! Gilberts 5th inning. HBP HBP BB pop out, K, fly out. Gets out of it unscathed! Still has a no no going.

Gilberts night is done. 5.1 ip. 2 BB, 2 HBP. 8 K. Still has runner on 2B.

Edit. Tenuta gets the final 2 outs, so Gilberts line finishes with 2 ER and will be a no decision. Not bad for his AA debut.
