What if the Double Never Happened?

Post by Bil522 » Sat Jul 20, 2019 2:13 am

Do you think Edgar gets in to the Hall if he singled to left instead of Doubling to score 2? What about a sac fly that scored Cora but left Junior on 1st? A double play ball where Cora scores to tie? A walk to load the bases for young ARod?

If any of the hundreds of other scenarios that could have happened....does Edgar get in?

Root Sports has shown Edgar's Double at least a million times..so there would have been a million minutes worth of "Dead Airspace" that they would have needed to fill some other way.
