GT 5/17 Logan please stop the madness, eh?!?!?!?!
I just want on taco tuesday...
a new streak of two wins in a row
a first inning without the opposition scoring
a starting pitcher to get 7 innings without a complete mental breakdown
and an offense that produces at least 4-5 runs in order to give us a fighting chance
a game where TORO doesn't hit leadoff
a game where our hitters don't set strikeout records looking
Here's the fake / expected lineups.....real ones to follow once available.

Another starting pitcher the Ms should be able to knock around but he'll probably 1-hit us into the 6th inning.

Tyler O'Neill update. After a breakout season last year with a .912 OPS and 6.3 WAR he has crashed back to earth with a .561 OPS and -0.4 WAR.
Damn this is the weirdest start to the season in my life. So many crazy starts, good and bad. btw Marco also has -0.4 WAR.

Is Jarred Kelenic a bust? I think his mind is in his way. When Julio started the season (slow), I never had that impression. He always seemed loose and having fun. Kelenic always looks like he is pretty uncomfortable. — Alex B.
I don’t think so, Alex. He’s still only 22 (turns 23 in July) and he’s only been in the big leagues a short time. As I have mentioned a lot, player development isn’t linear — some guys find success quick, and for some it takes a while, while some never find it. I think Jarred will eventually find it. Player development in the big leagues is tough. Pitching hasn’t been this good in a while (IMO) and trying to get better on the game’s biggest stage isn’t ideal. I think he can benefit from playing time in Triple A where he can just play, decompress and not have to worry about every at-bat being dissected. There’s a good player in there, I’m certain of that.
