And I don't wan't to hear he can't run routes ever again. That was perfect and against Ramsey.

True. So, with the success that we have had at times, why don't we do it more often?
Re: Stop throwing to Moore
Preference. A screen is basically a run right? A ball control type play. So if you are expecting a short pass play. Might as well run it. It's just offensive philosophy. Vertical stretch offense. Deep passing plays seam routes by the tight ends with a power running game.Michael K. wrote: ↑Fri Dec 13, 2019 5:49 pmTrue. Seahawks are still #5 overall in offense after last weeks clunker. It's not like they are struggling.

I am thinking more in terms of slowing down the pass rush. Sometimes I think that the Rams might just run straight into the backfield on every second or third and medium. Making them think that maybe they will be in Wilson's lap only to see the ball lob over their heads into the hands of a back with blockers ahead of him might change that some. Seriously, watch the Rams....unless it is short yardage they are in full blown pass rush. They aren't the only team either.ThePro wrote: ↑Fri Dec 13, 2019 6:44 pmPreference. They hit a nice one early (play Penny got injured on) . I think the screens were going to be a big part of the gameplan..untillMichael K. wrote: ↑Fri Dec 13, 2019 11:17 pm
