Re: Farewell to Lockett
If DK does in fact get traded, I don't know why the Hawks wouldn't be interested in bringing Lockett back on a more team friendly deal. Unless you are going to roll with JSN and a bunch of guys who have never played before, you are going to have to go out and get somebody in FA to be your #2 might as well have it be a guy who is familiar with the QB and the other offensive personnel.

Elite RE folks can make a f-ton of money. Especially with his celebrity status.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Mar 06, 2025 3:28 pmHe has made about $130M. How much is he going to make as a RE agent. If he is great at it maybe a few hundred K a year. I just don't get it but I am not a sales guy, he must be. Obviously you need to find something to do other than golf when you retire early 30s but seems like a strange choice.

From what I have read he wants to expand his business into other states as well. Some people just like dealing with various aspects of real estate. Some people enjoy negotiating and interacting with people. Some people want to build a business and keep expanding it. Seems like he is all three. He seems to be expressing solid values, i.e., he does seem to genuinely care about making people happy with buying or selling.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Sat Mar 08, 2025 5:47 amHe's licensed in Texas as wellPharmabro wrote: ↑Sat Mar 08, 2025 5:16 amElite RE folks can make a f-ton of money.
