I will give it to you. If Lucas is injured Zabel will be RT. Yes, I thought Sanders would be taken in the first round too but happy he got totally snubbed. lolMichael K. wrote: ↑Fri Apr 25, 2025 3:33 pmI edited the post too late. I thought Banks projected as Guard/Tackle in the NFL. I see now he is listed as Tackle and Zabel as Guard. Oh well. Sanders is where I fucked up. I could have hit on the first seven.D-train wrote: ↑Fri Apr 25, 2025 3:28 pmRules:Michael K. wrote: ↑Fri Apr 25, 2025 3:23 pm
Why? I said they'd take a guy that plays the same position as the guy they took, no?
1. Pick the first 18 Picks. 1 point for each guy picked in the top 18 and bonus 3 points if you nail the spot they are picked at. Total of 4 points possible.
2. If you elect to predict the Hawks trade down, you will pick 18 picks + the Hawks pick for a total of 19 picks.
3. For the Hawks pick, if you get the position group correct you get 3 point. If you nail the pick you get 7 points total. If you nail the pick but they traded up or down or you said they were going to trade up or down and they did you get 5 points.
4. Predict whether they trade up or down or stand pat. 1 point if they stand pat, 3 if they trade down and 5 if they trade up.

Re: 2025 NFL Draft Contest
Or could they move Lucas to guard and play zabel at tackle
https://sports.mynorthwest.com/nfl/seat ... rd/1796834“One possibility could be shifting Abe Lucas inside, their starting right tackle, just because of the durability concerns that he has had, and then drafting somebody in this offensive tackle class,” said Reid, who played quarterback at the FCS level at North Carolina Central.
Lucas, who is heading into his fourth NFL season, broke into the league with a standout rookie year as a third-round pick in 2022, but his lack of availability in recent years has been a problem for the offensive line. The Everett native and WSU product has missed 21 games over the past two seasons while dealing with a knee injury that required surgery this past offseason.
Reid believes the move to guard could help the Seahawks protect Lucas from more injury issues, and that his playing style is ultimately a good fit for the position.
“I just think the physicality that he plays with, which is something that I always love to see in those guards,” Reid said. “And then also there’s just something about what I like to call having those bumpers on each shoulder, just so you have that security with the center and then also the tackle. … You’re always out on the island at that right tackle spot over your right shoulder.
“So it is a little bit different when you have those bumpers over each shoulder at guard and you can protect them a little bit more in those (pass) protections, as opposed to being on an island at offensive tackle.”

JS and MM said he is going to start at Guard but it would make sense to swap them at some point.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Fri Apr 25, 2025 5:34 pmOr could they move Lucas to guard and play zabel at tackle
