I may just be a homer but I honestly don't think it matters who they play. The Rams are probably the best of the rest but I'd almost rather face them first because we'd be coming off a bye and they would be coming off an road game on the east coast.

I want the 49ers, Packers or Panthers. I want the Rams to have to win a couple of games before they come back to town. But I get your line of thinking. The fact is the Rams will most likely have a long road trip in the second round as well.

Of course, I think it would be easy to see the following scenario

Packers beat the Bears. The Bears looked shitty yesterday.
Rams beat the Panthers. Panthers are terrible on offense. Just terrible.
49ers beat the Eagles. The Eagles feel like the team that collapses to finish the season two years ago. Who the fuck rests their starters when the #2 seed is up for grabs? I mean, the Lions lost their first game last year in the playoffs. It's not unprecedented. As the 2 seed you host the NFCCG if that happens. Not to mention I'd much rather play the Packers than the fucking Rams or 49ers! They knew that was the option going into the game...and still stat starters!

In that scenario? The Rams host the 49ers in the second round! Wouldn't that be crazy?

definitely rooting for the packers as i think SF is too beat up to emerge victorious in Philly. from their perspective, would give the cheeseheads their first chance to avenge the 2014 NFCCG comeback.
