Video last night at the hotel shows him walking with a heavy limp but no boot or crutches- Hoping the witch doctors can get him right.

He's a 21yo stud kid, so if anyone can bounce back from a bouncebackable injury, it would be him, but we don't knowNwadventure wrote: ↑Thu Feb 05, 2026 2:33 pmVideo last night at the hotel shows him walking with a heavy limp but no boot or crutches- Hoping the witch doctors can get him right.
how bad it is. They won't be giving us an honest answer about it either, so ultimately we'll have to wait.
There are other players on the team that would be just as, or bigger, a worry if they went down. I think most of us
believe they can win without him. When he's in he lets them do shit on defense that isn't possible with normal players,
but they are used to getting around stuff when a guy goes down.

Yeah, I'm really not concerned about it. It is about, next man up. If they can't win without him they really don't deserve to win. Look at how they played against Jacksonville and Texas with practically the entire defensive backfield injured. That really showed the coach they had in MM, after the loss to Tampa and then going on the road. That was a point where I bought in to a higher degree. In the words of Chuck Knox, you play the cards your delt. That being said, he's not missing the SB.trharder wrote: ↑Thu Feb 05, 2026 2:49 pmHe's a 21yo stud kid, so if anyone can bounce back from a bouncebackable injury, it would be him, but we don't knowNwadventure wrote: ↑Thu Feb 05, 2026 2:33 pmVideo last night at the hotel shows him walking with a heavy limp but no boot or crutches- Hoping the witch doctors can get him right.

Gregg Bell

Do-it-all rookie Nick Emmanwori says he got “a scare” when he turned his ankle in practice yesterday—but that yes, he’s going to play in the #Seahawks’ Super Bowl on Sunday.

Like I said before, I think they could have won without him, but the kid so deserves to play in the SB.
It would have really bummed me out if he couldn't.

Yes and no. He is a piece of that defense that they really wouldn't be replacing with one guy. He covers well and tackles and play on the edge like a LB. Can Spoon do that? Sure, to an extent, but not the same extent. And moving Spoon effects the guys playing Corner too. It adds reps. It's easy to say shit like "next man up", but a big part of this defense's success has been how these guys play off of each other. No one else is playing that role the way Nick E. does. I don't think anyone else on the roster is going to play the Nickel Corner position the way Spoon does.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Thu Feb 05, 2026 3:02 pmYeah, I'm really not concerned about it. Can they win without guys? Sure, I think we are better than the Patriots. But on Defense? Big Cat might be the only guy I'd worry more about losing than Emmanwori.
