Interesting article from ESPN on teams more and more utilizing tandem rb situations, both in the NFL and college. I think it could apply to the seahawks since they seem both committed to running tandem rbs and seem in the market for a rb. It could point to Price being an interesting Seahawk target. There's "tread left on the tire". The article makes a lot of the wear and tear of college football let alone the NFL. And also he buys into the system. Why didn't he transfer? He buys into the concept that football is a team game. He's invested in the success of his teammates as much as his own. There's value at the end of a game being fresh because you've shared carries with a teammate. I don't want to take any shots at Walker but that seems the seahawks approach.

Rise of the RB tandem
Re: Rise of the RB tandem
The NFL record for the most carries (rushing attempts) in a single season is 416, set by Larry Johnson of the Kansas City Chiefs in 2006. During that season, he achieved 1,789 rushing yards, surpassing the previous record of 410 carries held by Jamal Anderson in 1998.

You go tell an NFL RB he's a pussy. I was thinking, the RB position is getting handled more like the pitching position in baseball
