It is interesting with TOs, which was what i was trying to get at. Its reasonable in terms of a particular game to say, no TOs. Don't turn the ball over and we win the game. But there's a dichotomy it seems of you expand the sample size. TOs don't have a lot of relevancy to making a SB. There you would have TO ratio i guess
It depends on the turnovers. If you're near midfield and throw an interception 20 yards downfield where the defender is down right away, not the worst thing in the world. On the other hand, turnovers in the opponents' red zone when you already have at least three points in the bag, turnovers in your own red zone giving the opponent at least three points, or handing the ball to your fourth-string halfback who then runs into his own teammate and drops the ball in his own end zone, different animal and those are the kind of turnovers we've had too many of thus far this season.
First pass against Washington was picked off.
Three turnovers resulting in 21 points in a game we lost by less than one score.
First pass against the Chargers was picked off. For four games? That was the only team Darnold beat, and they haven't beaten anyone. Oh, and Washington has beaten no one else.
Throws a pick late in the fourth quarter and early in OT in a loss to Denver.

Just fucking stop it with "well, can't just say no turnovers". Again, no on is saying that. Stop being fucking stupid with the ball.

Holani fumbling in his own endzone and just putting the ball on the ground without contact against the 49ers in a close loss.
Three turnovers, all of them bad, resulting in three TDs and a close game loss to Washington
Two interceptions in about five minutes of football to end the 4th and start OT at Denver.

BAD, BAD, FUCKING bad football. No one is saying they can't turn the ball over ever or they will lose. We are saying when you play brain dead stupid ass low IQ football? They won't win.

what does that say?
and that offense can not only play complimentary ball, they can light it up. Just. No. Turnovers.

then there's the situation, being inside the ten, throwing into the end zone. Brings up a certain SB play, its a dangerous thing to do. But if Fluery just plays it conservative, runs it three time in a row fans are pissed about that.

Who is blaming Fleury? DON'T THROW A FUCKING YOLO BALL ON SECOND AND GOAL WITH TIME ON THE CLOCK AND LEADING BY 10. Fuck Donn, are you kidding me here?

That is a quote you have attributed to no one, so I really don't know why you keep bringing it up.

You see what I did up there? It shows who said what I am responding to. You are notorious for adding things in quotes and no one having a clue who said it. So I asked.

So, fine, I am positive you are correct, and what he meant when he said that was Seattle can't win if they have any turnovers. Jesus dude.

I have read almost all of AA's comments on the season. I feel I can speak for him when I saw that we are asking them to stop the stupid ass turnovers. You know? The ones that we have commented on all over in this place and you seem to fixate on one statement leading you to believe that all Seattle fans believe they can't turn the ball over ever.

This constant defense of this sloppy shitty play humors me. Lefleur deserves criticism, this offense has been choppy, and no where near as effective as last season. For long stretches. Darnold is 3 and 4 in games that he played more than one series. In those seven games he has more INTs than he has games played. He has a history of turning the ball over. He deserves to be criticized. Holani not only fumbled a ball in his own endzone for a TD, but in the same game was running free and put the ball on the ground untouched. He deserves criticism. I'm done explaining this bullshit to you. The stupidity needs to stop, both by Seattle's offense and the people that seem to defend these bonehead plays.

If Seattle doesn't turn the ball over - they are the most unbeatable team in the league with that defense - and that offense can not only play complimentary ball, they can light it up. Just. No. Turnovers.
Well the Seahawks won a SB last season while leading the league in turnovers. TOs aren't good but on the other hand, I don't think you play just to avoid them, its controlled aggression.
That's what aurora wrote and I replied with a quote right under it. I fail to see the hard part. No interest in going down another one of your wacky rabbit holes. It wasn't even directed to you in the first place.

It's not a fucking rabbit hole. If you believe there are fans in here that honestly think the only way Seattle can win a game is to never turn the ball over, then I can't help your goofy ass.
