One coach firmly in the mix, per Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport, is former Seahawks defensive coordinator and current Dallas Cowboys DC Dan Quinn. He is being strongly considered for the role and has head coaching experience from his time with the Atlanta Falcons.

Appearances are just that appearances. Marv Levy got Buffalo to 4, count'em 4 Super Bowls didn't win one. Pete has 1 count it 1 single UNO playoff win in 7 straight seasons but your good with that. I will for the life of me never understand this philosophy. I think many were tired of him, and maybe they shouldn't be rejoicing. I don't know one Seahawk that doesn't appreciate everything he did. But acting like one ring means he should stay as long as he wants? Should Bill Cowher still be in Pitt? Should Pederson still be in Philly? The word is the Pats are moving on from Belichick. If ANYONE has proven they deserve a lifetime deal it would be Bill. More rings than fingers on one hand!
