I assume you mean hands off in regards to football decisions. Clearly they're going to be involved in on football decisions. I would be shocked if weighing in on draft picks and trades and roster building. I don't know why people are so paranoid about that.
I'm saying that with JS and MM at the helm, I think this team is set for the foreseeable future so it should be essentially 'hands off'. They just need to support those guys.

I know what you are saying but he is a Tech guy just like Allen. How many owners other than Jerry Jones are influencing football decisions. I think it is a phobia fans have aka irrational fear. Guessing he won't be mandating Milroe is the new QB1.

Woody Johnson, David Tepper, owners can get involved in personel decisions, or churn through FO staff. Tepper would drive me nuts. But yeah, not concerned about that. Tbe reason i believe is he seems emotionly stable. Reminds me of Obama. Musk is a tech guy with all the money in the world. Id hate to have him as an owner. The team would easily become another extension of his ego

Could be an irrational fear, but look at CLE. Lousy ownership, and it shows. MIA might be another example. Mark Davis is terrible. And don't forget the garbage this team went through with Behring. Thank goodness for Paul Allen.

What I'm saying is that I want an owner who is 'invested' in the team, not a guy who just wants a team to extend his ego.

Whats interesting is how its a family affair. The team is actually in the wifes name. And its the son i understand moving to seattle. Im not sure how its supposed to work but i dont see a lot of ego flexing
