He was given a physical at some point one would think
Unless they did an MRI on his shoulder, a physical wasn't going to detect it.

So this list of injuries is starting to get crazy. Adams and Mone and Brooks all injured in the heat of battle during actually games.
But now we are looking at 3 mysterious non contact "injuries" for 3 1st and 2nd year players.
Riq
Zach
Walker
Am I missing anyone. Probably have to just wait a day or 2 for another half dozen or so....
Woolen had his knee scoped. I think he'll be ready by 1st regular season game. They are just being cautious.
Walker missed pre-season time last year too. Probably no reason to be worried there either.
Zach - I will avoid any prediction.

per Jen Mueller:
"Zach Charbonnet is dealing with a shoulder injury. Now, it doesn't seem like, listening to Pete, that this is going to be much of an issue, although we don't have a whole lot of details and information around that."

"The other one is Ken Walker, who's dealing with some sort of a groin issue. I did talk to Ken today as they were walking off of the walkthrough practice field, and I asked 'Is this something I should be concerned about? What's happening?'. He had the biggest smile on his face, he said 'Don't you worry. I'm straight. I'm gonna be back on the field."

not much detail, but encouraging.

You would check range of motion, strength, if there's a question you do an MRI

people I think are overreacting to all these very minor surgeries. Having a scope is basically nothing, but it can clean up stuff that would be nagging injuries all year. Nobody has officially announced the Charbonnet injury, but they don't seem overly concerned about it. Could just be a bruise or strain. Walker sounds like he'll be fine, too.

Considering all the injuries around the league, we're doing OK. Imagine being the Broncos - they have already lost two starting WRs and a young DLineman for the season. That on top of being the Broncos haha.

Also, RW is blowing chunks in training camp lol.

And yes, I'm not concerned about these injury reports. It is August 3 and I doubt we will even see a starter or would have seen Charbonnet in the first preseason game next week anyway.

Charbonnet is practicing? That's great news, even if it's limited. That means it's definitely NOT a torn rotator cuff. No way I could catch passes a few days after tearing mine. Couple of months before I could even lift my arm.

Also not worried about 'minor tightness' or anything involving Dareke Young.

As a whole, the current status of the team is a lot better than many other teams out there. Not too bad.
