EXACTLY. There may be different definitions of intelligence, but not one of them is whether or not somebody is a jackass. Some athletes can succeed with exceptional athletic ability, but there are others that excel because they combine athleticism with intelligence. Tom Brady (who is also an ass) comes to mind. Sherman was always a cerebral player, and it was obvious.
