Yeah, it just seemed interesting though actually i dont think relevant. Penny was the starter, Walker took over when Pennys season ended week five. Looked it up, I dont have the recall when it comes to the Seahawks.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2026 12:46 pmYes I have eyes. They had more a feature back approach back then. Lynch to Penny to Walker. And penny and walker were a string of injuries. Did JS alter the approach? Was it moving on from Pete? Or will they eventually return to a feature back?
Re: HARD KNOCKS
You are wildly over thinking this. You play to your strengths. If you have a deep back field you use all the weapons at your disposal. Each back might have a differently advantagous skill set to exploit. If you have one back - that's what you use. It's not 'philosophy' it's what you have available - and you adapt to that. "Feature back' means you either have a shallow RB room or you have a back on a second contract - paying him more means playing him more. It's literally the same with every position group on the roster. Use what you have. Instead of having a bunch of high priced superstars, seattle has a couple - and a lot of cheaper young talent - and a very deep roster. That's why you let Walker walk. Oh, see what I did there?Donn Beach wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2026 2:46 pmYeah, it just seemed interesting though actually i dont think relevant. Yeah, theres that, his comment you can find guys. If i could find that interview id post it. JS goes on about how impactful injuries are to the rb position. Thats my take, they are going to have situational players. But also i think they could be looking at a committee approach because of health issues at the rb position

Price weighed 203 at the combine earlier this year. You gave Charbo's combine weight from 3 years ago. He is currently listed at 220 lbs.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2026 12:41 amPrice is 5'11" 209 lbs. I am 5'11" and was 212 lbs this morning. Both of us are absolute Beasts and could kick Charbs ass with one had tied behind our backs. btw Zach is 6'1" 214 lbs so a tall skinny bitch. lolSibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Wed Aug 12, 2026 5:56 pmPrice was basically rated about the same as Charbonnet (mid to late 2nd) going into the draft but, as you well know, the group of RB prospects was very thin this year. Remember also, JS attempted to trade back from that pick but couldn't find a partner. Anyway, I think if Charbonnet comes back 100% he is the #1 back this year if by a small margin. Frankly, Price needs to bulk up if he wants to be the man.
